hi guys can anyone tell me why this pot is worth £24000 ? its full name is brough & howarths definative wax marble.

I think the key part to read on their site "Costing £24,000 per 480ml pot and with only one pot currently in existence it's also the rarest" meaning there is no mug out there who would spend that much on it !

As for a reason, put it in a fancy pot, have very exclusive clientel and you can dictate any price......Its mostly down to how exclusive it is IMO.

Funny this post as me and Dom were having a convrsation about this yesterday (not this wax in particular)

I know mates who deal in marble may get a pot made and ask Dom to fill then sell for 2 k lol only jokeing Dom.and what conclusion did both u guys cone to ?

This came out quite a while ago. It is a bespoke wax in a fancy container with a very high price tag. If that's your bag, knock yourself out. As a marketing exercise, it must have some value to Jason (who did it). It's irrelevant to what we do though, and what we preach and stand for. In many ways, it even works against enlightenment and common sense in the industry, by creating an illusion that something must be better if it is more expensive - a myth enjoyed by Zedmol and SV over the years. As we stand for enlightenment and common sense as a matter of survival vs the opportunistic wax marketers out there, we are not great fans personally but each to their own. Although i'm sure it's a pretty good wax inside.
