I am a serial complainant and love writing to companies. How do I contact your customer care team?
Malcolm, our customer care monkey, will gladly open complaints letters, eat half of them and then wipe the leftovers on his bright purple bottom. You can therefore see why we don't like reading them. If you have a real issue, it is worth emailing us at theDodo at dodojuice dot com and we can then file it under 'Genuine', 'Begging' or 'Barking'. The Begging and Barking emails then get printed off and given back to Malcolm, who thanks you in advance for taking the time and trouble to write. Genuine problems get dealt with courteously and efficiently. Kind of. Please note that we will often require any sub-standard jars of wax to be returned before a replacement is sent out. This is for testing and quality control purposes, and so we can throw the jar at whoever made it. Luckily for our techs, we don't get many returns.

My car isn't as shiny as I thought it would be. What can I do?
Firstly, check that you have cleaned and prepared the car properly... wax will only bond and enhance clean paintwork. Secondly, you will need to wash it now and again to remove the surface dirt - a waxed car will only look good when clean. It can't shine through a layer of grime. Finally, make sure you have applied the product properly and haven't interfered with the coating and accidentally removed it. Washing with washing up liquid or a strong detergent may strip wax. Use a pH-neutral maintenance shampoo instead, like Born to be Mild.

I've noticed scratches in the paint after using your wax, could the wax itself be the cause?
In a word, no. There is nothing abrasive in our car waxes at all. It is likely to be the applicator or buffing cloth that are at blame, so ensure these are as clean and as soft as possible. Secondly, some products contain 'fillers' that hide swirlmarks, and sometimes our wax removes these and unmasks the underlying swirls. Finally, you may be applying or buffing the wax too zealously, so don't be too hard on the paint. Dodo waxes come off easily under normal conditions.

Something I purchased has broken or isn't performing as expected - can I get a replacement or refund?
You may want to contact the shop you bought the products from in the first instance, but if they are a genuine Dodo reseller and you purchased the product as new, we will normally sort a replacement or refund directly. As many will tell you, our customer care is second to none.

Don't believe what the Dodo Liberation Front tells you. We're nice people. If we don't like your style, however, we will let Malcolm (our Customer Complaints Officer) take care of things.
